i do, but since i'm trying to gain mass it isn't exactly condusive to that goal... well, as far as long distance running is concerned.
most i ran was 7 miles when i wasin 7th grade, but now i normally stick to 2 or 3 miles...
it's all about will power. unless you're crippled by obesity, nearly anyone can run 5+ miles under the right circumstances.
correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe when the nazis began to evacuate the concentration camps, some of them forced the prisoners to run 25+ miles at gunpoint, even while in extremely bad health.. those who stopped simply got shot.
talk about some real motivation
