Download this program:

Run it and go to the memory tab and it should tell you what kind of memory you have.

You most likely have RDRAM in a machine of that type.. which is actually pretty fucking expensive to upgrade.. sadly.

Edit: RDRAM = Rambus when you are looking at memory prices online or whatever.
