I think I may be an exception...
I dont smoke Cigs,
I might smoke pot maybee twice a year
Drink Modertly, and try to avoid processed sugar, and caffine.
Yesterdays Breakfeast: Weat Toast, Oatmeal, Banana, powerbar
Lunch: Turkey Subway Sandwich, Protien Shake
Afternoon meal: Rice with Chicken and Brockoli, Chicken Bao
Dinner: Wendy's BLT salad minus Bacon (that shit will killl you). Garden Burger with Spinach instead of Letuce. Steamed Brocoli crown and a Carrot.
Lots of water and shitload of exercise.
But DAM!!! Reading about all of those burgers and shit... Im fucking hungry for some junk food. I think Im going to splurge today and get a fucking Whopper!!! With Cheeze!!!
