Commas piss me off and semi-colons actually do have a purpose.
Aren't you supposed to be writing something?
Any text provider should do the proofing. If they don't, then why the hell are you paying them?
Designers should proof any work in their design. And ALWAYS go over your site before you launch it to make doubly sure that your content provider and designer didn't miss anything.
