Well it seems that the communications break down wasnt at Carpathia Hosting (Former Prohosters) but actually a information fuckup between me and my partner. It actually ment that Carpathia Hosting didnt recieve payment for several months - without shutting us down - now THATS customer service for ya!
So i man enough to admit when im wrong - And i'd like to send my deepest apologies to the guys at Carpathia hosting and glad that everything was sorted out.
I feel so bad about the whole thing that here are some of the great things that we did recieve from Carpathia Hosting:
Exellent 24/7 support that has been there for you
even though we didnt pay our bill (yes that was the internal fuckup lol).
They upgraded our server to a dual xeon to increase performance at no additional cost even though this same bill wasn't paid
We got a great new control panel and cheaper prices with the switch to Carpathia hosting.
Again needles to say - i would sure as hell have shut us down too, if payment wasnt recieved. So i really cant thank Carpathia enough for their patience with us.
Note: As for Ted Hickman is no longer a part of this company and he took his "cats" with him.
