Fustrated? Do they send you to "How to subtly insult your customers" seminars often? I'm not frustrated, I'm concerned about the future of my funds and you're not doing a whole lot to reassure me that they'll stay intact and readily available to me. If you asked your bank questions about the current and future state of your money and they gave you evasive answers, wouldn't that "frustrate" you?
