They actually banned those things in Canada because parents were putting tiny babies in them and the kids would push themselves near a set of stairs and go for a tumble, often getting killed. (the walker, not the penis candles)
Sad but true about the child services comment. If there's people in here low enough to turn in people for using their paypal address for adult related stuff, I'm sure they wouldn't think twice about giving child services a call just to be assholes.
