Its my hobby and I love movies. This piece of shit is not my favourite but its no good to call it shit just because you can't find any action in there.Anyway I am asuming that you must be quite young and this is not a movie for people younger then 40.You will understand it 1 day for sure

You should stop assuming things you know nothing about.
I didn't call the movie shit - yet. I said I couldn't understand why people watched it. The reason for that is not that there's "no action in it", but that there no humor, no action, no profound thoughts... and nothing else I can see.
Calling this movie art is ridiculous. It's a melodramatic, whiny, cliche, boring, unoriginal little nothing. It isn't filmed particularly well, the acting is good but not a redeeming quality, the story isn't much better than the average romance novel... Simply put, it's a typical romantic drama with above average production values and a painfuyl lack of originality.
Art is the stuff made by directors like Kubrick, Eisenstein, Lynch, Kurosawa, Godard, Fellini, Renoir, Pasolini, Bergman, Welles, Kitano, Bresson, von Trier, etc. NOT stuff like this.
It's mighty fine that you consider yourself a movie expert, but if you call stuff like this art it clearly shows that you still have quitea bit of expertise to gain.
As for the age comment... I strongly doubt that when I get older, I will start to appreciate mediocre crap.
