Being that I recruit a lot of women and give them my cell phone number, it has gotten way out of hand with calls from broke females day after day..

You probably have a feature on that phone where you can add the numbers from people that are important to you and group them in a list. Then you can set your phone so that you only get calls from people on that list. I do that with mine so only my mama and my girlfriend can get through to me while the others go straight to voicemail. And to make it even more impersonal, my voicemail is a generic voicemail with the lady's voice that says "Your call has been forwarded to an automatic voice message system".

Now I can go all day with only a few phone calls and I can return the ones that don't make it through at my earliest convenience.
