the puke mechanism while you were holding your breath with your finger in your throat caused an increase of blood flow to your brain causing the blackout. the blood was caused by a bleeding nose caused by weak arterial walls in your sinus' which burst when the extra blood went to your head when you forced the puke mechanism.
