Yeah I hear you, and as I mentioned it might have been good to check it ahead of time or something. Also for all we know, his boss argued on his behalf for 5 hours with the client. We dont know from the article. Coulda been a 2 minute call and his boss followed through, coulda been 10 hour discussion and boss reluctantly agreed. No telling from that article.

You also cant tell from the article if the client was a first timer with no future contracts. We're all assuming it was a make or break client, among other things. It's still disturbing, but less than it could be for instance if he was a 10 year employee in excellent standing rather than a 5 month loser, lol.
