The point is that the intolerance of people these past few years has become borderline extremist. If I own a company and dont like the political views of my employee, I fire them. Thats intolerant, and it's shocking to me that close minded people do such things.

Did you jump to the conclusion that MY statement was about free speech? I just asked if you read the article. Let's say one of your employees did something to offend one of your biggest clients. Would you not fire them in an instant?
