Please these laws won't pass if they due they will be challenged. The worst case come move where I live. Guy in the paper got convited of his 3rd DUI and other stuff got 60 days and a fine. Seems drinking and driveing here isn't taken seriously.

Even scarier are the laws that didn't pass, but will inevitably be introduced again. New Mexico's state legislature nearly passed a law that would mandate ignition interlock devices on every car sold in the state beginning in 2008, regardless of the buyer's driving record. Drivers would have been required to pass a breath test to start the car, then again every 10 minutes while driving.
Ok common sense would tell you if very dangerous to ask someone to blow into a breathalizer going down the interstate at 70 MHP every 10 minutes. Anyways buy a 2007 model and keep it in good shape or move out of NM.
