From what I see in the new law.. it's not a lot of physical things that need changed to the sites themselves.. But most are changes to the amount of records you have at your place of business.

For example on your webpages, you will have to have your full business contact info right their on the main page (this will be your place of business and location of the 2257 records)

You don't have to provid links to models ID's on the web however you are supposed have on file (either paper or digital) records for all sexually explicit content hosted on your server(s).

So a text site should be exempt if you only link to sponsor hosted or submitted galleries that have 2257 info. Thumbs however are the tough one.. as long as they are not sexually explicit you shouldn't need a 2257 (2256 tells you what is considered sexually explicit)
But for any thumbs that are sexually explicit you will have to have on file the proper 2257 info.

there is also something about having link information about everywhere that content is used, on the web.. That IMO won't affect TGP owners a lot, but could be a nightmare for program owners, content producers and gallery submitters. I haven't looked into that part as much because it dosen't affect me that much.

Anyway that's what I get from reading the proposed law and listening to a few lawyers..

btw MrIZZ hit me up on ICQ we need to start a trade
203838 or let me know your ICQ
You made sense untill you said

"...if you only link to sponsor hosted or submitted galleries that have 2257 info..."
