i take about same amt as you of both meds (40mg paxil)

im going to check out this book Dont Panic - ive always hated pills and pharmaceutical co's ... but if you dont know what a real panic attack is, you wouldnt understand. but im gonna check it out (now).
smit - just be careful and try not to stay on it too long - it gets fucking addictive. if its just anxiety related to an occurence and not a chemical imbalance, dont take it longer than you need to. Dont be worried though, its pretty safe other than risk of addiction (prolonged use) ... my dog even takes it when there are bad thunderstorms ;)
