2 pre-reqs

one, countries with credit cards

and 2, countries that speak english or have a large population that likes to surf for your stuff using english...unless you got tons of translations done already ;)

US, UK, AU, CA, NL, DE and maybe JP, the rest I wouldn't worry with much...

ok, now when I wake from my stupor in the morning I might think it differently but for now that is my best answer...
