Medication is for pussies. All the meds I have ever taken is some paracetamol during childhood fevers.
If you want to tackle anxiety or panic attacks you need to fix the underlying cause rather than attempting to smooth over its effects. I had it once, but read up on what it was and immediately took steps to endure less stress and get more sleep. If you can't end it as easily as that, try getting more exercise and nutritional meals.
