Okay, here's some education.

There are generally 3 different types of people when it comes to bodyframe.

Ectomorph - Those who are naturally skinny, lanky, and find it hard to gain weight.

Endomorph - The person who finds it easy to reach any physical goal (the inbetween)

Mesomorph - Those who are naturally large who find it difficult to keep fat off.

There are different "training" methods involved with each of the three body types.

And because everyone is unique in this manner (as well as all of the other different areas of physiology), there is no such thing as a proclaimed method of reaching a fitness goal.

Which is why nearly EVERYONE who attempts to follow a diet in a magazine, TV, etc... end's up failing.

It's referred to as the law of individual differences.

So nick, you want to lose weight the easy way? well, I'm sorry, there isn't an "easy" way.

At first, reaching any goals in life, takes determination and hard work. but once you reach those goals in life, it makes it all the better and you want to continue on that path.

So because I don't know you at all, I can't tell you a SURE way of losing fat, it's all about learning about your body and following a very basic universal foundation, and working your way up from there depending on your results.

Get in touch with a real trainer who look's great himself, make sure they have a certification. Or just ask me and I'll get you started.

you won't regret it man, you just have to want to do it and not fear failure, because if you do it right, you won't fail irregardless of your genetics.
