That's bullshit Soul. I can write up something saying it's ok for me to kill a guy, cause it's self-defense. Now technically yes, if it is self-defense it's legal. However just cause I write up this fancy document, doesn't mean I'm telling the truth. I say what they are doing is illegal no matter what THEY say the laws actually say.
It's like those email chainletters where you send everyone $5. They actually quote the U.S. statutes claiming full legality. BULLSHIT!!! Those things are 100% illegal.
