If the wire has not been completed yet, RUN to your bank and stop the wire. You are correct, if a host doesn't accept CC, then there is something fishy going on
And like someone already said earlier in this thread, stick with a known host, this foundrynap seems to be a bit fishy to me, yet I don't know them, but from reading this thread and the numerous Magg spams, I woul;d stay clear of them.
