Hmmm... I don't know about others but we never had to call them. We have several epassporte accounts and so far all our emails were answered within 24 hours. For example, last week one of our visa electron cards was blocked. I sent an email to support and the card was unblocked in less than 12 hours.
But then, we've also used paypal for our various companies for years and never had a single problem with them.
