Looks like that is what it says....so it is all sealed bidding. I don't think I like that....I think this means.....
If player 1 bids $60
player 2 bids $100
And that is it....player 2 just bought it for $100.00 . . .not the old proxy way.
This is just a way for them to make a lot more money...because people will have to put there highest and best offer out there...right off the bat. This means...if you really want a domain...you might throw up a huge number thinking others are going to try to get it too...but in reality they might have done nothing more than a couple of bucks.
