regardless, you threw a contest. many talented designers took the time to enter the contest. you claimed to like a certain design. you subsequently insulted all the designers by saying all the designs were crap. you didn't pay anyone.
you then took the design you liked and used it on your site. even if you never built the site, the very act of taking someone else's design and using it on your domain without his permission constitutes theft.
as i said, i ran a contest for a logo for a site i never developped, much like you did. the difference is i still paid the winners.
you claim to be a designer. say i hired you to design an entire paysite for me worth $700. then say i decided not to go ahead with the site afterall. would you still expect me to pay you the $700 for your time? or would you let it slide?
get in touch with snipah7 and pay him for his design that you stole.
