im sure his affiliates were paid if there was money due. but now there is money due to MS(if a court sees fit) and that money by all means ought to come out of the persons pocket that did whatever it is that MS is suing about.
dont get me wrong, i dont agree with hooper on many of his business practices. nor will i defend him as i am sure he is quite capable. i am just trying to put it into perspective for some of you.

Take a hint, the new laws hold program owners responsible for this type of shit flowing through their system whether they knew about it or not. But I guess if you want to give out the personal info on several of the big boys you know about they'll let that one slide. Yeah, real class act.
