No offense to webinc, but why you think they offer this deal? These type of sites take 1/3 of the time a normal site takes.
Webinc does good work tho, not bashing them, if they can make these kind of deals then more power to them...

I hate to burst your bubble, but they do not take less time.
While it takes less time to design, it takes even longer to gather and crop the content.
I don't know about Webinc, but I know most of our clients just give us access to their members areas and have us look for the content. It takes time and time = $$$.
If a client came to us with the exact pictures and text to use in a reality site, the price would be much lower. However that is a rarity.
