yea that's what my first thought was, they better have a pretty damn good reason that it required them to bust into this guys house at 8 am instead of just waiting till he left his house or simply just knocked on his door.
Hell if this guys would have been a CEO for a major company, the cops would have called ahead and probally sent him a limo to turn himself in..
