You do not need anyone from this board doing the job it won't be fun for them, and they would be biased...you will have a person acting as a mod who could be a direct competitor in biz over people he/she is supposed to moderate.

I agree totally with this.. I'd be less likely to come here if the moderating got out of hand and killed all the fun.
