I don't think you will generate lot's of hits with the header. There are to much links in the header. You will probably generate more hits of you place only two links with a bigger fons size in the header.
Also keep the font color for every letter the same. You header is now looking like a christmas three with colored lamps. Visitors will see your header as some kind of decoration.
