yes, a lot of this drop services use as many registrars as they can. even if they barely have a front page. or login info. but they are all accredited. I suggest you keep an eye on the 60 day time period and transfer out of there on the 61st day. make sure to unlock the domain via email to the company and pool about 5 days before you transfer.
but at least the domain is yours. LOL.
I bought a name for 8k, YES 8k and I am have to do LOTS of work to get it transferred. not smooth by any means, but at least the name is mine.
new rules for these "fly-by-night" registrars should be in place by next year, but in the meantime they're still catching domains.
all services like SN,NW,PL use a large network.
enom is the one I trust the most because I have access to use my
name, mod it, transfer it (push it) right away. but you got to work with the service that caught the name you want.
