You have no way of generating traffic with that site.
It looks as if you are hoping to build traffic via link exchanges. However, few sites will link to you with that non-closable console you have.
IMO, a site just starting out should focus on Traffic. Good traffic, shit traffic...ANY TRAFFIC!
Then Secondly, you should worry about ads, sponsors, and making money with it.
