gigacash/xbiz/helmy reps: i've noticed you've neglected to reply to other threads, especially those started by sponsors like dating gold and p1mpdogg, about your shortcomings in regards to your failure.
you guys try to make yourself out as heroes for getting people in through the backdoor. that's not normal. why should you have to sneak your VIPs in through the backdoor of a club that you spent big money to rent for yourselves?
you say things were beyond your control. while i agree that some things may have been out of your control, i think many things were in your control.
why was club security in charge of the door in the first place? where were the limos? where was ron jeremy? why was the NWWL not naked? were you aware the public was going to be let in? were you aware of the dress code?
have much of your agreement with mansion was in writing (things like the dress code being over-enforced, the public being let in, mandatory bottle purchase in vip, etc)?
if you didn't have it in writing, why not? if you did, will you be sueing for breach of contract? will refunds be issued to sponsors due to the obvious shortcomings of the event?
