She seriously needs a deep conditioning treatment on that hair and for pete's sake, she needs a professional trim to rid of those dry, split ends!
She plays the "victim" rather well, so I'm sure a team of professionals put together her look....so I won't diss her outfit, but I'm sorta wondering what her shoes look like.
