How long before the first lawsuit?

Anyone care to guess on how long it will take for the first model to sue the gov't over the new 2257 regulations?
Possible reasons to sue are invasion of privacy. A girl agrees to model and at the time of the shoot is told no one will ever know her real name or anything about her. With the new regulations every tom, dick and mary will have her real name and know exactly where she lives.

Or one of them could get a stalker because now everyone knows where she lives.

I have a feeling that it won't take long before all the weirdos on the net figure out that all they have to do is buy a set of content and they have all the information they need on the girl they have their eye on from her real name, to her birthday, drivers licence number, address etc. Some content providers have said that they will send out I.D's with address etc. blacked out but a lawyer who wrote on the subject said the gov't could consider this type of I.D. tampered if they want to be snots about it, and you will pay the price for not having untampered documentation.
