i wasnt there, dont know what happen, dont really care but if half of what has been posted is true, then it comes down to business.
those who paid and who are long term business associates/affiliates are calling for someone to lay the blame on. if action isn't taken then giga/xbiz could stand to lose money and no one wants to lose money. even the bum on the street wants to keep the dime he just found.
therefore if it were my company and employess who royally screwed up, i would fire the person(s) who was most involved (or lack thereof) with the event. it's just that simple. i would do this not only because i would not tolerate that type of inadequacy and how it would represent my company but also to keep those who i do business with happy (for a lack of better wording). i would also take that extra step and do something for screwing up. sending a cristal basket would be a start. it may not make up for what happen but it would show those who are extremely unhappy what a stand up company i was running.
