That was what struck me about these regulations first, more so than the difficulties of recordkeeping. Someone posted a gallery a week or so ago where the person had actually included the pic of the model holding her driver's license and passport. Even if the "sensitive information" (social security number/street address) is blurred out just having the model's real name and city can be all someone needs to locate them.
This administration leads by making fear of terror, perhaps this was a part of these new regulations; to scare people out of the business from both ends.
