In chameleon submitter you can add your site quickly and easily (for most of the forms you don't need to know any html), it depends on your practice. You can't just import some tgp list, because it's not as easy as feed it with some urls, because you need much more information to build good database - like accepted categories, rules, etc. Fortunately
Chameleon Submitter also contains huge, daily updated TGP and MGP database without extra fee
