They only impact they have on people (teens, who are easily influenced) is negative. I admit my ignorance on the subject, but from my experience, in school, the kids that were ICP "fans" were heavily into drugs, fought all the time, and were 100% asocial. I guess I just don't understand why people who "have nothing" fall in line with a bad crowd or idea when there are so many programs and people willing to help.
