Outside of Helmy's companies, I believe none of the sponsors made money from the event itself. I originally looked into sponsoring a party too and got the proposal for this event. It was $6,000 investment. There wasn't anything to my knowledge offered back to the sponsors to make money back on this event.

That most likely was a deal between the party promoter and the club if it was wisely negotiated, not the outside sponsors. Again, I am only guessing.

Hey.....let me be clear though....I throw tons of parties...there isn't anything wrong with profiting from throwing a good party....I am not against that at all. It is a lot of work and you should get payback when it pulls off well. If Helmy and/or an outside promoter make bank on it...that is cool...it is business.

At the same time, did the party give the branding or direct ROI for it's sponsors....that too is business and that is what I am asking in this thread.
