Montana is the only one. And it's not "No Speed Limit". There IS a limit. The limit is "SAFE & REASONABLE". And this goes back to what I said about the flow of traffic. Sure, you can do 95 across Montana... but if everyone else is doing 65, you'll certainly get pulled over and at least get a warning. And this is only for open highway. Within the citys, there are still fixed limits.
I also haven't been back there for a while now, and last I heard, they were going to eliminate that speed plan because everyone thought they could do as they please... so I don't know if it's still in effect, or if they went back to a fixed limit.
