Yeah it is. Much worse. I have seen it change dramatically in the last 3 years alone.

I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and then moved to the hollywood/valley areas and damn is it different. The town where I grew up will ticket you for parking on your lawn, even if its cemented over. In the SF Valley and LA the illegals run through the streets selling just about anything.
I have seen cars double parked on side streets with the hood of their car covered with crappy junk they are trying to sell. And nobody does anything about it. Women with shopping carts filled with clothes find any random fence on a busy street and hang their crap up to sell.
Its very sad, and you can't even tell them anything cause they don't speak english. But in the meantime they are turning some places into major fucking ghetto.
And then they just toss their trash in the street. Dirty diapers and after they eat lunch on break from their illegal jobs they just leave their trash behind. Its disgusting and anyone littering like that should be fined.
But oh well, its their land, I'm just going to move and they can have Southern California.
One day it will be crazy when its hispanic ghetto to the max, a couple miles from Beverly Hills. But then again thats society for ya.
edit: And I already pay $6 for a pound of lettuce anyhow.
