i call the cops on mexicans I see.
pushing a cart? selling tacos in the street? call the cops.
running from the problem is not the answer.
its gotten so bad, I call the cops on these people and the cops literally say they are too busy to worry about "street vending" and if its not a serious crime they cant come.
i also go up to them and tell them what they are doing is illegal.
i did this just a few days ago with some old woman selling clothes on the sstreet.
i said "you are prbably illegal and what you doing definitely is"
she didnt speak english and didnt reply
