It doesn't look like it.
Judging by the tour there is about 20 minutes worth of content in the site to doanload and cancel.
There are so many things wrong with that tour I don't know where to start, but I like the Webmaster graphic where a 'continue tour' link should be (if there was enough content for a 2 page tour). If I was a surfer, I'd join the webmaster program first to grab the 'content'
