There are 2 ways to do it..
you can go to download.com and search 'icq' and will find a number of programs that will back up the list, or.. just go to your icq directory and backup the 'newdb' folder. then if you lose it again you'll have it, or if you clear your drive just re-install icq and replace the newdb folder with your backup.
