The problem is that those cocksuckers will shitcan you if you log in using an IP address from a banned country. So you should log in from a computer that is in the same country as your credit card address.
And I doubt you can use a virtual visa anyway because I used to try that and PayPal scrubs all of those.
And if you do manage to open an account and PayPal senses somethign is wrong they will freeze your account and make you prove who yo are before they will release the money.
This shit happens all the time.
