My response to you, AaronM was not intended as a insuilt but a statement of response to your unnecessary post. If you had simply neglected to respond in this thread it would have been fine, If you had posted usefull information it would have been great.

You were the one asking for help and yes, you would have recieved it from me, without hesitation, were you not abrasive and impatient in your comments. Please remember that this is a board where others are not necessarily on the same timezones as you and that you may not get the response you desire, immediately.
You will obtain more with sugar than with acidic comments.
Oh a side note .. Since you do have a masters in HR and Business, you should realise that a spell checker would be a handy tool for everyday use.
