To: All of the DRAMA Queens: I didn't ask the question to start a: "BIG DICK - I KNOW MORE THAN YOU" Thread. I simply asked a question because I OBVIOUSLY didn't know what the hell I was doing. Now thanks to some helpful individuals I have a much clearer idea of what I need to do.
A quick word of advise from a person with a masters in HR and Business, don't throw insults at people you do not know, especially in view of your peers. In the end you look like a fool.
My response to you, AaronM was not intended as a insuilt but a statement of response to your unnecessary post. If you had simply neglected to respond in this thread it would have been fine, If you had posted usefull information it would have been great.
