Well, she has a man....so you'll want to watch how she deals with this situation carefully, because if she takes you on the side, even if she "plans on" leaving him, she'd do it to you too if things cool off between you.
That said, I would take her aside, and CALMLY tell her that you respect her relationship, but that you would really like to get to know her better if the opportunity ever arose...she'll either take it as, when/if she is single again, in which case, you know she's an honest girl who is worth waiting for (not saying don't get your groove on in the meantime, that's not necessary....I'm sure she's getting some while she's with the dude so there's no reason you shouldn't get some ass, too) or she'll think you mean on the side, and in that case, ride it as long as it lasts, but don't plan on anything else because she cheats.
If she's not interested, it shouldn't make things weird b/c you didn't exactly ask her out, ya know.
It's nice to see you sound so sincere about a chick...I hope she's worth it!
