Does she golf or just work there? If she golfs, invite her to play (maybe at a diffferent course) and that'll give you a good 4 hours to get the scoop about her and the boyfriend. By the 18th hole you'll know whether there's opportunity or if she's just a flirt. If there seems to be a possibility, THEN as her out. But just start with a casual "round of golf" and use it to gather info and scope her situation. You may even find her totally irritating by the end of the round and your crush gone.
