quit smoking cigarettes day after halloween 1997.
woke up puking from a night of hellish partying.
vomiting and smoking cigaretees turned me off that morning, threw away the pack quit cold turkey for almost 3 years.
picked it up again for about a year, then quit cold turkey again.
i cant stand cigs now. disgustin habit, i speak from experience.
