Ya I managed to bargain the property I bought from $210g asking price to $195 with a nice down-payment.
The truth is that money talks... If half the car payment is there on the spot, its easy to convince them to take of the 11-12% (basically I'm trying to save the taxes, which are 14.5%, and I know there is also a luxury tax, but not sure how much that is)
And obviously I'm getting my pops in there cause hes a hardcore barginer and he knows what the fuck is up.
